⚠️ The only thing that soothes the sting of buying premium, high-end outdoor furniture for 15K+ is ¹attentiveness in the showroom, ²a great sale, and ³delivery people who act like the company is employee-owned. My wife and I experienced all that and more. They underpromised and over-delivered on every aspect of the transaction. Our salesperson, Lori, is in the job she was always meant for: Knowledable, Patient, and Thorough. While we were himmin' and hawwin' over how much we were spending, she assured us buying "legacy" furniture is well worth it... and she was right. This is our forever patio furniture. We've had the furniture for three days, and all 6 of us here can't stop staring at it. So impressed. We're overjoyed with our purchase! Note: a few items were outside the standard pairing, i.e., upgraded chairs and an extended-length sofa. No sweat to them. Specialty items made the delivery. Ryan (perhaps the general manager?) double-checked the order with us when we made the down payment. Another level of comfort we truly appreciated. In closing, we are not regular customers of The Factory. Our last purchase there was over a decade ago for less than one thousand dollars. We didn't know them. Point? We were off-the-street browsers who came in for barstools and were treated like lifetime friends by all we came in contact with. When I read a FIVE STAR review, I can be skeptical. Why, How, Who? Are they really ThAt good? They are. Lori is a diamond, and we are customers for life.

My wife and I were recently in Scranton car shopping, and went to The Factory to look at lighting, but mostly to pass some time. We were quite impressed with the quality of the furniture and the selection was also impressive. We ended up buying a beautiful dining table and chairs. Lori was our sales person and she couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful! If you have never been to The Factory, I would recommend checking it out before you make any selection. Lori was able to answer all of our questions and I felt we were in good hands with her.

After years of use, the felt glides on our Trailways dinning chairs needed to be replaced. I contacted The Factory for help identifying the replacement glides. What a gem on Main St. In Dickson City! We've been looking for new light fixtures and new furniture for a while. "The Factory" does not disappoint. Tim our helpful salesman showed us a world of possibilities in lighting. They have all manner of different styles of lamp. Everything you could possibly need. Additionally, they have the finest handcrafted American made furniture from chairs to ottomans, to very well made sofas and porch furniture. Lots of sales, a kind and helpful staff, variety and even delivery. Come, shop and enjoy this hidden gem. Very highly recommended.
