The best place for furniture and lighting. I recently purchased several lights and living room furniture for my new home. Both the prices and the quality of the products were exceptional. The service was even better. The staff at the Factory have great knowledge of the products. They were able to provide excellent advice to make sure that we had the right products for our needs. They made the buying process very easy.

I will return for any future lighting or furniture needs and will be reccomending friends and family to do the same.

My wife and i really love shopping at the factory. Cory and his team are so easy to work with. Zero pressure, incredibly helpful and did we mention the product line? One day a few years ago, we came in for a mattress. Well, we are now proud owners of all season adirondack patio chairs, two matching deck boxes for cushion storage, all season deck furniture and a growing wish list. That's not mention fall the times we've been there for lighting and lamp repairs etc. The pricing is great, the quality is top of line. We don't have to buy something and worry about replacing it in two or three years. I can't enough about our experiences there and would highly recommend the factory for anyone looking for top quality furniture and accessories at a very fair price with top notch customer service.

Shopping at The Factory was a fantastic experience. I received great customer service from the sales representative, Tim, throughout the process. Even from a distance, since I live in another state, the communication was great, and I was able to place my custom order with expedited shipping within the quick timeline I needed. It was especially helpful to have proofs sent to me for review before placing the order to ensure everything is correct. I would highly recommend The Factory for future furniture shopping.

The Lamp Factory, has wonderful customer service. Not only did they repair 3 antique lamps I brought in but when one had a problem they went the extra mile to make it right. They also have great lamps, furniture and accessories.

As usual, I found what I was looking for. There’s a great selection. The salesperson Tim was very helpful. Despite the fact I arrived minutes before closing, he gave me his full attention, never made me feel rushed, and took the time to find the light in stock. They have a great selection and their prices are fair, especially considering the quality of their items. We intended on looking for a chandelier and with Ryan’s attentive assistance and understanding of what would work best in our house’s style and needs, we ended up purchasing multiple lights and ceiling fans. He made it easy with his knowledge of all of the products they carry and was forthcoming with expectations on when we would receive the items we ordered. Will return when we need additional lighting. They also carry a nice lineup of outdoor furniture.

We are so pleased with our decision to purchase at The Factory again! About two years ago we searched for and found our dining room table at The Factory. The staff and service was unmatched and so we returned recently to purchase a couch. The couch is beautiful- it suits our space, our style, and our family’s needs perfectly.

Once again, I have to say that we have felt important through the whole process. Our saleswoman, Marla, was so patient and helpful. She insisted we take fabric samples home to see them in our house. I was ready to decide at the store and kind of overwhelmed with all the choices, but she knew what she was doing because I hated my original choices in our home. It took two tries but when we selected a fabric I knew it was the one. When the furniture arrived the corner fabric was peeled back just a bit- Ryan, a Factory employee, called and set up someone to fix the upholstery within hours. It was a minor blemish, but THEY insisted on making it perfect. This speaks volumes for a company and it is why when we need furniture or lighting we will return to The Factory.

We're so happy with our experience and fixtures from the Lamp Factory! 5 STARS go to Marla who worked with us from start to finish beginning over a year ago in assisting with the fixture design and selections for our full home renovation! We could not have done it without her expertise, information, and dedication. Throughout the entire process, we knew she was always available whether it be by a phone call, email, or on site - and that made all the difference in us getting exactly what we wanted while making sure all components worked with our electrician's process.
