What a lovely surprise. I went in for a lamp shade and walked out with a poly furniture set. Had no idea there was such a selection of quality home furnishings. My salesperson Lori was sensational in knowing her poly. She’s like the poly princess of NEPA.

One thing about me is that I ADORE quality homeware and furniture. The factory is THE PLACE for quality amish furniture, which I have otherwise struggled to come across in this area. I was shown around by a lovely woman, Lori. Her knowledge was truly impressive, and I am hoping to visit again soon to make some purchases!

If you’re looking for high quality furniture and lamp shades to make your house a home then this is the place for you. I was referred to check this place out during my move and my expectations were exceeded! I went in looking for some light fixtures, maybe some new shades, and I left with so many new additions (and for such a great price that even my husband couldn’t believe)! Lori walked me through my whole experience, guiding me through each section of the Factory and giving me her expert advice. It’s been so long since I’ve had such personable and positive in-store shopping experience. Thank you Lori for all your help!

We just took delivery of a beautiful outdoor dining set that we purchased from The Factory in Dickson City. Our sales rep, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We wanted to make sure we didn't overwhelm our deck space so he provided measurements for the footprint of the furniture, taking into consideration comfortable seating distance from the table. The furniture was ready within the quoted time frame. Our deck renovations weren't quite done by the time the furniture was ready, but postponing delivery was no problem at all. On delivery day we received a phone call letting us know they were on the way and they arrived as scheduled. Delivery guys were polite and worked efficiently placing and assembling the furniture. A terrific experience from start to finish!

I called the light factory to order up lighting parts I needed. Tim Ferrone answered the phone and got everything on order. The order came in a few days later which was pleasant surprise. Just wanted to complement Tim as being a young man that gave me an impression as being a go getter and a personable guy. The young lady that called me to let me know my order was in and explain how to get to the review section was also very nice only I did not get her name. Sorry !
