What a gem on Main St. In Dickson City! We've been looking for new light fixtures and new furniture for a while. "The Factory" does not disappoint. Tim our helpful salesman showed us a world of possibilities in lighting. They have all manner of different styles of lamp. Everything you could possibly need. Additionally, they have the finest handcrafted American made furniture from chairs to ottomans, to very well made sofas and porch furniture. Lots of sales, a kind and helpful staff, variety and even delivery. Come, shop and enjoy this hidden gem. Very highly recommended.

Tim was awesome! He helped my wife and I find pieces that would satisfy our different preferences. He had the patience of a saint with my indecisiveness. I go to The Factory for their excellent lamp repair services. I have brought in some good quality antique lamps for re-wiring and repair. No other lamp repair services I tried could figure out how to fix them, but Tim in the lamp department took one look and knew exactly what needed to be done. He even had the necessary old parts in stock! Tim appreciated the quality and style of the lamps and made sure the repairs preserved their integrity. The Factory has a large selection of lamp shades that you don't see elsewhere. They even were able to have a shade custom made for a lamp that needed something special. All of this was done at surprisingly reasonable prices by employees who were happy to work with me. I am extremely satisfied with The Factory and their employees, especially Tim.

Loved my experience at The Factory, they had a great selection of quality furniture and provided excellent service! Tim and Lori diligently worked to help me pick out all of the details of my new couch. They were both extremely knowledgeable about all of the products/options available, and provided valuable insights on each decision every step of the way. We just visited The Factory based on a recommendation from our neighbor. We were looking for a rustic farm table for our kitchen and found the exact one we were looking for and it was 1/2 the price as the others which was an added bonus. What a lovely surprise. I went in for a lamp shade and walked out with a poly furniture set. Had no idea there was such a selection of quality home furnishings. My salesperson Lori was sensational in knowing her poly. She’s like the poly princess of NEPA.

One thing about me is that I ADORE quality homeware and furniture. The factory is THE PLACE for quality amish furniture, which I have otherwise struggled to come across in this area. I was shown around by a lovely woman, Lori. Her knowledge was truly impressive, and I am hoping to visit again soon to make some purchases!
