Tim was great from start to finish, helped us pick our patio furniture out and customized everything to our taste. As we were checking out he pointed out a fan that would go great with the set to really round out our outdoor living space. We will be back in the future for more pieces. Thanks Tim!

We are so pleased with our decision to purchase at The Factory again! About two years ago we searched for and found our dining room table at The Factory. The staff and service was unmatched and so we returned recently to purchase a couch. The couch is beautiful- it suits our space, our style, and our family’s needs perfectly.Once again, I have to say that we have felt important through the whole process. Our saleswoman, Marla, was so patient and helpful. She insisted we take fabric samples home to see them in our house. I was ready to decide at the store and kind of overwhelmed with all the choices, but she knew what she was doing because I hated my original choices in our home. It took two tries but when we selected a fabric I knew it was the one. When the furniture arrived the corner fabric was peeled back just a bit- Ryan, a Factory employee, called and set up someone to fix the upholstery within hours. It was a minor blemish, but THEY insisted on making it perfect. This speaks volumes for a company and it is why when we need furniture or lighting we will return to The Factory.

We're so happy with our experience and fixtures from the Lamp Factory! 5 STARS go to Marla who worked with us from start to finish beginning over a year ago in assisting with the fixture design and selections for our full home renovation! We could not have done it without her expertise, information, and dedication. Throughout the entire process, we knew she was always available whether it be by a phone call, email, or on site - and that made all the difference in us getting exactly what we wanted while making sure all components worked with our electrician's process. We recommend Marla at the Lamp Factory in Dickson City to all looking for sophisticated, professional service!

If you like a smooth delivery by two gentlemen that take care of your new furniture and your old furniture and your floor and your driveway then these two delivery men that The Factory have are the men for the job!This is our third time purchasing from The Factory. Our house is small and they have always been able to accommodate our special needs, from creating a corner cabinet in our dining room to the right size sofa for our living room.Isn't life AMAZING!?!!!

Time for a dining room update. Cory spent time with us making sure that the finish on the new dining room table would match existing furniture. The Factory team helped us pick out the right bulbs for our new light fixture. We love the workmanship of our new table & light fixture and appreciate the patience & knowledge of the team!!

I recently purchased a dining table set and lamps from The Factory and had a fantastic experience. Salesperson Named Ryan was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very enthusiastic about sharing details about the products. Ryan was also incredibly efficient, running up and down the store to find the perfect items for me.I was impressed with the quick delivery time, especially since I needed the items urgently. So pleased with the incredible customer service at The Factory! Mike, Tim, and Ryan are all exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When choosing items that I'll have to live with for many years in my home, I can be indecisive and very detailed oriented. The third and last time I came in to make my final decision between two ceiling fans Ryan, with immense patience and lots of expertise to share, went over every detail about the two fans (and called the manufacturer for extra info) to help me finalize my decision. Can't thank him enough for making me feel comfortable letting my indecisive little freak flag fly and his patience and tuning in to what I needed to work through to a solution specific to our space. We've been going to the factory for years. We are very pleased with the place and the people are very nice and helpful. If you need anything for your home this is the place to go.

We were putting a new deck on the house and was tired of buying other patio sets that just didn’t hold up or left rusty stains. Solution, we stopped here and spoke to Corey and Tim and after adding up the thousands we wasted spending over the years we custom ordered a set that’s not only the colors we wanted and absolutely beautiful but will surely pass the test of time. From the moment we first stopped here to Ryan in constant contact with our order status and getting it delivered theses are great people and have earned our business for life. We purchased a table, chairs, and bench from the Factory. We were pleased with the whole process. From inventory options, to customization, to delivery, to support following- it has all been incredible. Most notably, the service following the sale of our items is what customer service should be, but is generally not. We had a small area of concern on our table, when I reached out Tim and Ryan took care of it right away. They were polite, interested, and very efficient in getting answers and the problem fixed. Months later, we had a blemish in a knot within the wood. Again- they took care of it. Quickly, efficiently, well above my expectations, and I am so grateful. We will certainly shop here again for future furniture items- the quality of the product and the people behind it are top notch.

Tim & Ryan were a tremendous help. They patiently worked with me as we evaluated several lighting options. When I found the chandelier that was perfect for our dining room they worked to ensure I had it by the deadline I needed it for my contractor. I strongly recommend the lamp factory. Great products, great service, great prices.

Nothing but friendly informative help from every single person here. Great high quality merchandise. They also let our dogs come in! Anyone who loves animals is a great sign they are good people. Highly recommend

My husband and I stopped by to look at the rocking chairs, Jason came out to help us. He was fantastic and knowledgeable. We purchased our rocking chairs and will be back to purchase our backyard items and even a custom couch.

Beautiful bedroom suite and a kitchen farm table, chairs and bench. Workmanship is impeccable. Customer service is excellent.

This store surprised me with how many little rooms and passageways and things that are in here make sure you find them all. They have tons of outdoor furniture here right now for the spring. There's lots of very cool modern and traditional lighting here. The downstairs has living room furniture they are dining rooms on another level they're study Furniture in the back. There's dining room sets upstairs. There's a lot of different options here so give yourself time to walk through look at everything and you probably want to bring a paper and pencil to take notes or talk in your phone and take notes and pictures so you'll remember what you saw and liked. There are several parking watch right out front.

The factory store has an excellent product, and they go out of their way to give excellent customer service. I would definitely shop there again!

A metal piece on the base of our decade's old Tiffany lamp broke and we thought it was lost forever. We took it to The Lamp Factory and they ordered a small part and repaired it for less than $20. The staff were so friendly and store has the most beautiful lighting you can find anywhere. We highly recommend this awesome local business.

We recently built a new home. We purchased all our lighting, outdoor chairs, and most recently our indoor great room furniture from the Factory. From the start of our build to the finish, Cory and his staff have been most helpful in helping us make appropriate selections with detail to the architectural design of our home and what we envisioned. The quality of all items purchased is excellent. Shout out to Cory & all the Dickson City store staff especially Ryan, Marla and delivery guys Scotty & Charlie!
