Why The Poly Sale Started Early This Year
The Factory normally runs its Poly sale after Labor Day. This year, Cory explains that the sale was moved up almost a month after several builders offered additional discounts that The Factory could pass along to customers.
He also says multiple builders have indicated that Poly lumber pricing is expected to increase in September, making this an especially important window for customers already considering outdoor Poly furniture.
The current promotion applies to both in-stock Poly furniture and eligible special orders, giving customers the opportunity to compare available styles, colors, sizes, heights, seating options, and other configurations while the sale is active.

Our Poly sale, we actually, we normally run our Poly sale after Labor Day.
We actually moved it up almost a month earlier because we were able to get our vendors or our builders to give us an extra discount, which we’re passing on, on top of our normal savings for the end of the year.
So our prices right now are absolutely the lowest they’ve been all year on all of our Poly, but on top of that, which makes the sale even more powerful for the time frame we’re doing it in, is that we just have been informed by a number of our builders that there is going to be a pricing increase on all Poly lumber coming in September.
So we’re trying to get ahead of it and give people the absolute best price of the whole year and best price they’re going to see on any of the Poly that we have right now.
